Very Valuable
This podcast has great content and knowledge shared from one of the greatest men. Arnold has accomplished so much and all of it was done through action and determination and making a choice to move forward

I look forward to each one!
I feel lucky to have access to Arnold’s wisdom in such a distilled fashion along with the latest health science. I know a lot but I’ve learned even more with these bite size podcasts. He respects your time and keeps it short-form. Thanks Arnold!

Stronger Together
I have listened to all episodes and anticipate all of them. I started following Arnold years back including Arnold’s Blue Print and other videos. I have been teaching Physical Education for 32 years. I went through some tough times and many changes to change my body from 227 pounds to 172 pounds. My anchor is lifting from a sitting position due to both hips being replaced. I am in the middle of a come back again as I have pulled a deltoid. There is nothing more frustrating than going through this alone. Thank you for being there. Trying to stay focused I go to the gym and use the spa, jacuzzi, and cold water trying to get back. At my age I worry so much about muscle loss while recovering. How much will this set me back as weeks pass ? I have many goals and one is to meet Arnold one day. Thank you for being part of our lives. Healing Blessings. Coach Stephen

Love this!
Thanks to this podcast I’ve become more motivated to take better care of my health, move more, and eat better. Arnold is so positive that it’s always a joy to listen to him. He is motivating without sounding bossy. These are informative and entertaining, with the latest news and research. I want to thank Arnold and his team for putting these together! I looked up this podcast after reading his book Be Useful, which I recommend everyone to read, no matter what your health or age is. there’s something in it for everyone.

Wunderbar Podcast!
Just great!! Came across Arnold’s Pump Club newsletters and podcast shortly after reading his book, Be Useful. Through these two mediums, Arnold really has inspired me to be consistent in my workouts, take better control of my health and be more present and consistent in various other areas of life including having specific visions / goals (such as learning German). Danke, Arnold and team!

Great podcast
16 year old here, thanks for the podcast Arnold! Your the best!

Nobody Better
I was made aware of Arnold by my father who was a huge fan. As a result I have been a fan my entire 52 years on earth. Nobody is better at distilling and communicating concepts than Arnold, and every time I hear him motivate other people it gets me motivated. He is not perfect and he’s the first to tell you, I appreciate how he continually turns obstacles into opportunities.

Newbie here
Found this from Arnie’s New Heights ep. I really look forward to adding this into my rotation.

Absolutely informative
I have been following Arnold’s health and very much concerned for him. This podcast is very informative on his heart health. I sell AEDs for a living and I’m always concerned when anyone has heart problems. Keeping Arnold and anyone else who has heart problems in my prayers. ❤️🙏 PLUS… This is also a podcast on staying fit and eating healthy. I sit all day and never knew to get up every 2 hours. I’m setting my alarm daily as a reminder to stretch and move around every 2 hours.

Solid bite sized podcast
Really enjoy the newsletter and podcast! Just the right length and always really interesting

Great podcast
I’m a 69 year old woman about to turn 70. I started in Tae Kwan Do karate at age 16 with my later to become husband. We had been inspired by Bruce Lee in Enter The Dragon. I had to stop that training at 22 before I got my black belt. I started at UCLA and there was no time. I had to suffice that walking on that huge campus was going to be my exercise for a while. At 23 my now husband and I went to see Pumping Iron. That movie really inspired me. Even though I had been the only female at that Tae Kwan Do Gym, I was with a lot of people from my youth group which made me comfortable. Our 6th Degree Black belt Korean Instructor wasn’t easy on me because I was a woman. I’m really grateful for that. 😀 one day he said to me in his broken English “woman has man power”. Later we went to see Pumping Iron: The women. That movie gave me the courage to join a gym even though at that time women weren’t really going yet. I had done other workouts at home, like Jane Fonda but I had never lifted weights. I’ve always tried to keep up with some exercise. Unfortunately my marriage ended in divorce. We had a pool so that had become my exercise but eventually keeping up the house was too expensive and moving wiped everything out. I had started on an online boot camp and I always walked my dog45 min a day. I was staying in shape. But the move interrupted that and my Boerboel mastiff dog is older and started having problems so the walking was really slowed down. I felt like I was now slowing down. Now, a client of mine sent me a link to the Pump Club. It’s like I have come around full circle I’m starting up again slowly, losing weight and once again inspired. If Arnold is doing this in his seventies than so can I. I live in the San Jacinto CA mountains 🏔 now. I’m so glad I have this Pump Club. I so appreciate the short and to the point information from such a familiar voice. Thanks so much Arnold for doing this podcast. I probably have a lot of years to go. My Aunt Just died at 98! And I have several centenarians in my family. Keeping healthy is becoming a priority again. I saw your book is on Audible so I have it my wait list. I also got”you Can’t Screw This Up. Which is a really great book. I’m slowly working my way out of diet hell😄

Quick, concise, effective!
Love that each episode is bite-sized, and Arnold’s facts are on point. Love this series!

Excellent!
Concise, informative, helpful! Most important, research based! Love the inspiration & positivity!!! TY Arnold & team.

The Arnold I didn’t know
I’ve always been a fan of Arnold Schwarzenegger, but just from his movies and activism around fitness. I recently bought Useful and have been listening to it in the car and it’s brought an even deeper appreciation of this 4th act of his life. Striving to be useful and being positive in a world where there is so much negativity should be all of our goal….it would make the world a better place. Now I get to listen to Arnold every morning from his positive corner of the internet and I’m very grateful to have found it. I just wish I had discovered it sooner! Thank you Arnold…you pump me up!!

Really positive and healthy thoughts
Thanks to his life experience, we can receive short and useful thoughts that we ourselves take years to reach.

Excellent evidence-based information!
Arnold has so much wisdom to share. I grew up with him as a popular movie star and have always admired his strength and perseverance. Love that he is still focused on health and fitness at any age. Lots of valuable information in this podcast. Only wish the episodes were longer!

In love with this podcast
The podcast is a lifebuoy of positivity in a sea of world anger. Grab it and give yourself some time with Arnold. Endorphins will flow!

Best fitness podcast
Great information brought to you by a living legend! It doesn’t get any better!

Straight forward no nonsense
Great fitness and nutrition tips for everyone no matter the training level and some great life philosophy topics as well from the man who talks the talk and walks the walk.

Healthy, Achievable, and Positive
Arnold provides meaningful commentary on a variety of health topics everyone can use to get a little better every day, and to feel happy doing so.

Thank you
I just started listening. I’m very happy about the positivity. And I’ve been an admirer of Arnold for at least 32 years. I’m 73 and still believe in staying healthy. Eating correctly and movement - activity. I have a fused lumbar and cervical, both hips are replaced but I believe our bodies are avatars/machines and need to keep running. Thank you 🙏 and God Bless you all. Keep up the good work. 👍🏼
