This podcast has been such a help to my health, and it’s only been a few episodes. After the first episode I created my post-it note to put my small goals on, and my first 2 were to listen to the podcast every morning, and do the stretches that were in the email. I started to do this, and it has evolved over these past few weeks. I have been drinking more water, working out, and overall have been more productive.
