Motivation

I was so happy to find this podcast. I injured myself and life threw obstacle after obstacle at me and my health deteriorated, my weight skyrocketed, and one day I had enough! I have gone from over 460lb to 350 in this last year I was always around 235-240 and loved being at that weight and in the gym. This podcast has helped me to understand that it’s ok to take it day by day and to push myself when I don’t feel like it because I’m only cheating myself if I don’t. My diet was the first thing before even stepping in to the gym. I meal prep 95% of my meals and I’m now in the gym 6 days a week at 4:30 am and take it day by day I know where I want to be and I’m not rushing anything. One day at a time one pound at a time! I will succeed
