What we, what I, needed.

At this juncture in my life I find myself looking back at the time I lost with many bad decisions. Poor choices have left me picking up the pieces. I am lucky to have a beautiful wife and a beautiful family. What Arnold, and this podcast, and The Pump Club help me do is continue to better myself. I love the positivity that Arnold puts out. I love to hear Arnold speak about working out and how we can achieve all our goals be them small or large. Short term or long term. It is a great outlet, even if it’s for a few minutes a day. Arnold and The Pump Club help me outlive my past everyday.
