Arnold has been a pioneer and leader in many things over the past few decades. The Terminator has done it again with this Daily Podcast. I love listening to podcasts on topics that interest me and this one hits the spot. Each episode is under 10minutes but hits the spot with a ton of good info. I listen to it daily as I start my workout. I love that it short and informative and of course all things Arnold are good !
