All in

Ever since I caught work of Arnold releasing his newsletter I was quick to sign up. I’ve been reading it every day. Then I got wind of the app and this podcast and I’m all in on the pump club ecosystem. I personally don’t know more than you’re average Joe about fitness. My brother and dad were always into it. I went to the gym with them just to spend time with them, and work on my fitness of course but I never truly knew what I was doing. I’m fully invested because I trust Arnold. He is one of the names that came up time and time again hearing my brother talk about him. I’ve been to an Arnold Classic in 2016 or 2017 in Ohio and I’ve seen pumping iron. Listening to this podcast is the perfect soundtrack while in the gym following one of his workouts in the pump app. He and his team give awesome advice and clear up the noise that we hear so much everywhere. I know that the information they give is accurate and helps me live a healthier life. I can’t wait to see where else they take it to help lift up the world.
