Arnold you always inspired me! Even more so with this amazing podcast. Looking forward for more healthy advice. This gives my hope for a better, healthier and stronger society. From one immigrant ( originally from Germany) to another, you made my life here in the USA better. I had many struggles living in this country but you made all worth it. Thank you so much!
